Last year, I photographed a couple by the name of Tara & Noah (Check out their Temecula wedding photos here). I actually met Tara through Chelsea & her father Kenny (two Chiropractors I’ve known for over a decade!), so this was truly an honor for me document Chelsea’s wedding.

I arrived at Chelsea’s father’s home early to scout the location, see where I could take them for portraits, and take a few behind the scenes photo I thought they might like. I photographed Chelsea, her sisters, and her remaining bridesmaids getting ready and hanging around the house, and before Tom and the boys arrived, I took some portraits of the girls. Once the guys arrived, Chelsea & Tom had a private first look followed by a few portraits before the ceremony….

Mariangela + Robbie {Wedding} | Del Mar Powerhouse | San Diego

I met Mariangela and Robbie through a mutual friend earlier this year and knew they would be a blast to photograph due to their amazing chemistry. After these two got warmed up to being in front of the camera, they rocked every portrait -- and it sure does show. A little back-story about this awesome couple: Mariangela is from Italy, so she of course has a big, close family. A few minutes spent talking with her and it's easy to realize how sweet and caring she really is. Robbie, although he appears as your typical Californian surfer, is an extremely driven entrepreneur that has created and owned all sorts of companies since his early 20s -- including a wedding photography studio. Their wedding, although sporting around 60 guests, was intimate in its own way due to the closeness of each and every guest, family member, and friend.
